Why the heck not..

Well.. I figured I'd give updating a shot again. I know it hasn't been a year yet, but wtf. Things haven't really changed much.. still looking for jobs, still without internet at home, but this time its not Comcast's fault. And that's only because I sent their asses packing last week. I guess what's going on is that SBC has my DSL hooked up, its just that their registration servers have been down for the last 2 days. Pretty irritating. Kinda ironic how I cancel my cable modem cause service is flakey and then when I get my DSL hooked up I can't get service. The stupidest part of is that I drove across town to the UPS station to pick up my package instead of having them deliver it the next day (yesterday) cause I was fiending so bad.
But outside of that, no word yet from Consumers or from the state on jobs. The state I'm starting to lose hope with and I don't expect to hear back from Consumers until after they do a background check. Outside of that, I have a couple of other places I've applied for, but who knows how they'll pan out. I just want that Consumers job cause it seems pretty awesome. And then after I do that, I can probably afford a house... maybe.
Either way, I should get back to doing work at the job I actually have right now.
